Service Definition:

In this process phase the Service level agreements are defined and associated at task level.

 

Transition:

In this process phase the Avaap’s team works with customers team and goes through the necessary transition steps to get ready for the final handover. Some of the process steps here are:

Process Training  
Mock service engagements  
Communication testing  
Security testing etc.  

Sustain and Optimize:

In this process Avaap’s team is engaged with the client as their offsite Tech support team on call.
