Avaap’s is doing a major Process Flow implementation for HealthPartners.

Following is the scope of the work:

Avaap built ProcessFlow for HealthPartners that helped the client automate their Human Resource processes. ProcessFlows built around Personnel Actions triggered automatic approval process and smart email notifications. ProcessFlow was designed to trigger new personal actions and intimate stakeholders on process restrictions, benefits eligibility etc. Email subject and contents were dynamically pieced together depending on the fields affected by the Personnel Action.

Implementing ProcessFlow helped HealthPartners eliminate paperwork, increase visibility and improve efficiency.

Engagement Details

The engagement involved creation of a Workflow Automation system for one of the clients of WNS. This client of WNS is restaurant chain and they have implemented a Lawson Financials application. They wanted a workflow application for their Invoice Approval flow.

The application was developed on Java. The invoices were entered into this application and invoice approvals were managed by this application. Approved invoices were interfaces to Lawson AP invoice module. The application had strong auditing features.
