Penn State Hershey’s IT team needed to find a better way to report off the Lawson LDAP security database. They had been struggling to deliver the user and security information required by their auditors and user community. Avaap’s solution was just the answer and within a matter of days they were up and running with the security reports they required.
Diane Perry, the Hershey Medical Center’s IT Manager, had this to say “Avaap’s technical solution to export the Lawson Security data to Oracle tables was extremely beneficial. Their security dashboard along with their standard reports was immediately useful. We were extremely grateful to also have the ability to create our own custom reports from their version of the Lawson security data. We were able to create reports that satisfied our auditors for our initial implementation of the new Lawson security.”
Upbeat on Avaap’s ability, Hershey is currently partnering Avaap to develop an enhancement for the Security Dashboard to automate the request and approval process around user security access. |
