CK Singla -- Chairman
CK Singla has been in the Information Technology industry for nearly two decades, and has held various executive positions in the same industry. Over the years, he served as the President for North America for Xansa, a technology and outsourcing company with worldwide revenues of $700MM and employing 7,000 people; Senior Vice President at Qwest Cyber. Solutions, an Application Service Provider formed as a joint venture between Qwest Communications and KPMG; Partner at KPMG Consulting; and Chief Operating Officer and one of the Principals of Softline Inc, a provider of professional services and software products for the back-office, which CK helped to grow to over 500 employees and $100 MM in revenues. He is an active investor and serves on the Board or Advisory Boards of several start-ups.
Dhiraj Shah – President
Dhiraj Shah is an inspired entrepreneur who is seasoned with over ten years of professional experience in Information Technology with eight of them in Lawson. He was previously employed by Lawson and was instrumental in developing the Lawson offshore Services team. This included identifying the team members in India, putting together a training plan, creating new service offerings, educating the client and Lawson services team on the advantages of a Global Delivery Model. Dhiraj successfully executed the Global Delivery Model and made if a big success in its first year. This including ramping up the services team in India to over 30 consultants and generating over $4 MM in blended services booked in the first year.
 
Dhiraj has been recognized by Lawson frequently amongst its top performers. He always had the entrepreneurial spirit and started Avaap with the simple vision of delivering Outcome Based Services. Dhiraj has always deferred all successes to his team’s efforts. Avaap has had a striking impression on each of the customers that it has acquired and Dhiraj has set a goal to be a 100% referenceable company at all times.
